Vantrell Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vantrell, your partner in executive training and business coaching. These Terms of Service govern your access to our services available at Vantrell.biz.

3. Enrollment and Fees

To enroll in any service or purchase any product, clients must complete the full payment as outlined at the time of registration. All fees are listed in local currency and are due prior to the start of sessions, access to digital content, or shipment of goods.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Executive Training & Business Coaching

Clients may request cancellation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund of the fees paid. Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Sessions may be transferred to another date or attendee one time, provided Vantrell receives written notice at least 3 days before the original date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the session are not eligible for a refund due to planning and resource commitments.

4.2 Digital Courses and Materials

Access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment. Therefore, Vantrell is unable to issue refunds once access credentials have been provided. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us via Contact Form for support.

4.3 Physical Products

Clients may send back physical products within 14 days of delivery if items are unopened and in their original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the goods and inspection. Shipping charges and any fees associated with shipping are nonrefundable. To initiate a return, please use the Contact Form.

5. Transfer Policy

Scheduled executive training and coaching sessions may be transferred one time at no additional fee with at least 3 days’ notice. Digital courses and physical products are not transferable to other individuals once purchased.
